The camera is something I also like to use as a sketchbook. It is an interesting tool to use as I actively select from the environment, based on my concerns.

Following is a collection I've made, based on traces and fragments within the environment, taken from my recent trip to Japan. I was most interested in marks made on surfaces, organically, through time and interaction.
